Returns & Refunds

  • If you are not satisfied with the hair, please contact us via WhatsApp/Email within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the hair must be unused and in its original condition—not unwrapped, cut, combed, washed, dyed, bleached, ironed, straightened, finger-combed, or installed.

  • Returns will only be accepted if the items are exactly as originally shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any items that have been altered or used in any way (including unwrapping, cutting, combing, washing, dyeing, bleaching, heat styling, or installing).

  • Customized items cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. By making payment, buyers agree to these terms.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for items received within 7–30 days.

  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.

  • Please contact us via WhatsApp before returning any items. This helps us ensure a smooth process.
