If you are not satisfied with the hair, please contact us via WhatsApp/Email within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the hair must be unused and in its original condition—not unwrapped, cut, combed, washed, dyed, bleached, ironed, straightened, finger-combed, or installed.

Returns will only be accepted if the items are exactly as originally shipped.
Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any items that have been altered or used in any way (including unwrapping, cutting, combing, washing, dyeing, bleaching, heat styling, or installing).

Customized items cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. By making payment, buyers agree to these terms.
Exchanges

Exchanges are available for items received within 7–30 days.
